On Tues, Sep 10 we performed a maintenance upgrade to our SaaS environment. During this time, alert notifications were disabled between Tue Sep 10 12:41:00 UTC 2019 - Tuesday Sep 10 3:01:00 UTC 2019. Following the upgrade we experienced issues that may have led to our customers noticing disconnecting agents and false alerts. Alert notifications were again disabled between Sep 10 5:20:00 UTC and 6:50:00 UTC. The issues have been remedied and normal behavior resumed from 06:50 UTC.
